Stonevale Homes is on strong foundations
New developer on the block, Stonevale Homes, is a company specialising in identifying, buying, and developing land for high end homes in the South of England. With meticulous standards and an insistence on the highest quality at every stage of the project, it is important to the Stonevale team to ensure that they are using the best possible products to deliver the superior finish that they are known for.
Having tried a few different brands, the team tested the Hyundai HX235A LCR crawler excavator and knew it was the best digger for the job right away.
Small but mighty
Stonevale Homes was founded three years ago when Andrew Popplestone of Geometric Civils Limited teamed up with Gary Adlem of Charleston Homes Ltd to form a new partnership, each bringing over 20 years’ experience in the construction and architectural sectors.
Covering a 45-mile radius of its head office in Gillingham, North Dorset, the company’s primary focus is on smaller developments for high end, luxury homes and is currently working on its biggest project to date – an 8-home development in the Wiltshire village of Maiden Bradley.
Andrew continued “While the sites we’re working at are not huge, they can often be complex and we need a machine that can operate efficiently regardless of surface or surroundings. Power and precision
Supplied by Hyundai Construction Equipment dealer, Molson Group, the HX235A LCR features the new A-series upper frame design, which significantly increases lifting capacity. This is combined with reduced tail swing and a new lifting mode, to make this powerful machine an excellent all-rounder for digging and moving heavy loads.
EPFC (Electronic Positive Flow Control) improves fine control while also reducing fuel consumption. The system allows operators to tailor their machine for the job at hand, ensuring the optimal balance of power and precision.
Innovative features such as Intelligent Power Control, which tailors the speed, balance and efficiency to the needs of the task or driver; and the ECO gauge, which monitors fuel efficiency; ensure that the HX235A LCR is always operating at optimum power and performance, no matter the job.
