With 37 employees and five locations, this construction equipment sales and rental company, founded in 1984 by Willibald Klarmann, has served as new Hyundai authorised dealer for the region of Lower, Middle and Upper Franconia since 15 July 2019. In addition to its head office in Eltmann near Bamberg, HYUNDAI Baumaschinen Süd – Klarmann GbR can also be found in Baiersdorf, Suhl, Bamberg and Dettelbach. A modern branch was recently inaugurated in Dettelbach near Würzburg, serving customers in the Würzburg/Lower Franconia area.


Klarmann-Lembach Maschinen Mietservice also operates a rental park with about 1,000 machines. This is now being expanded to include large Hyundai wheel loaders and tracked excavators. The largest machine in the Hyundai demo fleet is the HX235LCR with Roadliner pads, two-piece boom and quick coupler, as well as a HL975 26-tonne wheel loader with quick-coupler system. This has a 4.8 m3 bucket. Ideal for work in the mining industry. "This means that we can now offer our customers an even larger range of machines and improve customer loyalty even more. Especially since the Hyundai machines are ideally suited for rental in demanding applications," explains Willibald Klarmann.

With Klarmann GbR, we have about 20 years of experience with the entire Hyundai portfolio and have built up a large rental and demo fleet. Willibald Klarman adds: "We are well stocked with Hyundai machines and are confident in the support and quality of the machines. Our wide range of customer segments, from landscaping to mining operations, run well with these South Korean machine concepts." Despite the difficult circumstances brought about by the coronavirus, the company is always ready to provide on-site advice and service and generate sales and orders.

There are about 37 people employed at the Eltmann, Baiersdorf, Dettelbach, Suhl and Bamberg locations, half of whom are experienced construction machine fitters. There are also seven salespeople as well as an administration staff. The 45,000 m2 company headquarters in Eltmann houses the head office, the large spare parts warehouse, and workshops for machine repair/retrofitting, including large machines weighing over 100 tonnes. Eltmann is also the rental park base and the home of its own large fleet from which the company deliveries its machines. Sons Markus and Stefan Klarmann are both active in the company and already ensure continuity in company management.
